The Stompede Business Appreciation Award is presented annually to a business for its continued support and dedication to promoting western heritage.
The Grande Prairie Stompede would like to recognize Chinook Scaffolding as the 2016 winner.
Since being founded in 1993, Chinook Scaffold has grown from its original Prince George roots across the western provinces. Branches are located in Prince George, Kitimat, Trail, Saskatoon, Grande Prairie, Nanaimo, Quesnel, Fort St. John and Edmonton.
Satellite offices are also available in many communities including sites in Chetwynd, Whitecourt, Taylor, Campbell River, Sparwood, Elkford, Skookumchuk and Kamloops.
In 2010 Chinook created an education department offering specialized courses specific for their industry. Continually moving forward with the latest technologies, Chinook has recently added Mast Climbers to complement their scaffold equipment fleet.
