Sponsorship Director

Sponsorship Director:

• Contact all previous sponsors to see if they would like to sponsor for the upcoming year
• Contact other businesses/persons for new sponsorship
• Order all tickets and information for all sponsorship packages including drivers, drivers sponsors and volunteers
• Coordinate sponsorship information in the Stompede Program (with Community Director)
• Book and organize scoreboard and Videotron
• Purchase bikes and helmets for Kiddie Calf Scramble
• Have all sponsorship packages made and ready to handout on the night of the tarp sale.
• Coordinate sponsorship for prizes for the competitions
• Responsible for finding assistance when needed to complete tasks
• Accountable for all budgetary items under the portfolio
• The term for this position is two years.
